Cannot remove Backdoor.Trojan virus

I have scanned my computer with Norton Antivirus 2005. It keeps telling me that I am infected with 2 viruses: Backdoor.Trojan ("The compressed file Agent.exe within Agent.rar within C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\wkit.rar is infected with the Backdoor.Trojan virus"), and Backdoor.Usirf ("The compressed file sys32.exe within C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\wkit.rar is infected with the Backdoor.Usirf virus"). I have tried the automatic removal, quarantine, and delete functions within Norton Antivirus, and I have followed the instructions on their Web Site to try to alter the registry, but I cannot find the above listed files under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
