Can you help me re RomanService Unwanted Popup

I am getting unwanted popups.

One is "Do you want to install and run "VIRUS FREE. CLICK ON "YES"
in order TO accept the terms and conditions of use. The
connection will be immediate. The program will terminate
the connection with your ISP, and will connect to our
server giving full access to the restricted area! The cost
of the service is simply the cost of international phone
call. NOW CLICK ON "YES" and enjoy our Value Added
CONTENTS!" signed on an unknown date and distributed by:

R.S. RomanService di Ionel Sabadac"

I have run a number of anti virus and popup remover programs. Nothing seems to work.

I have tried
Microsoft AntiSpyware
F-Prot
MalwareSweeper
Spyware Doctor
PopUp Stopper
Norton AV 2005
Ccleaner

Can someone advise me how to get rid of this?

get hijackthis http://www.merijn.org/files/hijackthis.zip
click "do a system scan and save a logfile" open a new thread at http://www.techist.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=126 (the section where all hjt logs go) copy & paste the log, ill check it out and tell you what to remove

It dont sound like you are on SP2, is this true?
