Can i download something that will scramble my IP?

I need to get onto a website that i have gotten my IP address banned from

I can't have much sympathy with someone that was banned and then wants to go back to the site under a new name. It happens here, all too frequently, and the banned one comes back and starts trouble in some fashion.

BTW, usually the username is banned. If that person comes back again and is banned, then the IP is banned.

If you need to be back at that site, I suggest contacting the owner or an admin for permission.

or get a download one http://www.winproxy.com/products/winproxy.asp winproxy doesn't look like spyware....gotta get back to my coffee that's why I'm typing bad grammer.

getting a router isn't going to help anything.....
a router has nothing to do with masking ip addresses.....
go to one of those anonymous proxy sites that were previously mentioned by willsko87 and shuaibao
