Can anti virus 2006 clean/remove trojans?

Few days ago my anti-virus NOD32 just detect trojans and they keep spreading and it will only quarntine it not remove/clean, will an anti virus 2006 clean or remove? if not what will?

Operating system: Windows XP
Trojan: Win32/Calk/A Trojan

there is probably a setting to delete the virus instead of quarantine

ok i donwloaded the programs but i couldnt find the one to
get rid of the win32/calk A trojan
can you tell me which one it is?
mostly all of them just scanned and didnt do anything else
some couldnt detect the trojan
tell me which program i used to detect and delete the trojan?

If NOD32 can't get rid of it I doubt many other A/V's could and ye there is an option to delete.

If you downloaded that anti virus 2006 I suggest you remove if and download Ewido as Warez Monsters said.
