BIG internet and desktop problems

ok here is the deal!

SOme how i downloaded somting bad.

this is what is wrong:

1. I have a little flashing symbol on the bottom left of my computer and it says i "critical system error" but its not a "real" windows thing. its a pain. if i click it it takes me to www.spyfalcon.com

2.My homepage used to be google.com now it is www.safetydefender.com/ and i cant change it in the internet options. it says it is set as "about:blank" but its really that site.

3.I have a website in my history that never erases! even with history clearing and cookies and files cleared

4. POPUPS!!!! when im not online! very stange
(they all seem to talk about adware)

What i have done:

1.Downloaded "spybot" and "windows defender"

2. cried

3. cursed uncontrollably at the screen!

PLEASE help me that would be so great!

Thanks alot those programs got rid of "spyfalcon"!!

Download Mozilla Firefox.
See if that changes anything.

Did you try any online virus scanners?
