Bagsbuild.exe

i got this .exe file namged BAGSBUILD.EXE and i'm not sure what it is.....i googled it, but found nothing. to me it sounds bad. zonealarm (pro) labeled it as suspicious behavior and when i tried to delete it, it won't let me. anyone know what this thing is?
