One of my laptops keeps doing this. AVG detects a tracking cookie. I uninstalled FF with Revo and reinstalled and still get it. I ran Malwarebytes and AVG full scan and found nothing. Yet this tracking cookie warning pops up every time I open Firefox. Home page is google.

file name is cookies.sqlite

Help?

Thanks!

odd, a sqlite database... What site are you visiting? Could be a background task telling your browser to go there, or it is a false pos from AVG, I have had similar issues in the past.

Upon removing Firefox from the PC with Revo did you also remove the profile data folder? While Revo will remove almost all data it does not remove everything. You have to manually go in and delete teh profile folder as well as some data is retained.

Yes I deleted the profile folder that was in AppData/Firefox/Profiles (or a directory similar to that any way).
