this is for my gf's pc, she keeps getting this av8 scan, its one of those fake anti viruses saying you have a virus.
She scanned her whole pc, ran spybot, and now this is all that ig ot left.

well she hasn't been able to remove the last entry you posted cos she hasn't been able to use the pc!
but before that the av8 scan stopped popping up, as soon as she gets to use it again she's gonna remove that last entry.
 
That is a fake antivirus or antispyware program. You can remove av 8 using malwarbytes.
* Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.
* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure a check-mark is placed next to the following:
Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
* Click Finish.
* If an update is found, antimalware will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected. Reboot your computer if prompted.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. The computer virus av8 should now be removed.
