Assistance needed with a virus problem on my PC

****!! A virus attack on my pc ...... the virus has refused to show my hidden files and folders it has further disabled my McAfee Anti-virus....... as in it does not even want to scan any memory stick and it does not display it self went you turn on the computer yet its still there in my programs and its detected in the security center
Even in safe mode u still cant see da hidden files ......... tired restorring the registry but still hidden files are no longer there
