How do I get Nod32 to find stuff and fix them... It would only tell me there is things wrong but not do anything about it. And yes I was clicking Scan & Clean. Am I supposed to be using the In-Depth Scan or what?

i absolutely hate norton now!!! :(

Norton uses too much internet connection at a time, and takes too long to scan. Im not sure its that great...even the old versions..

something's not right, Symantec is #2?

Yup Symantec is #2. Or atleast in the top 4. Lets not forget that large corporations use them as well. Including my campus - i.e. all the machines. I've used the coorporate edition, and have never had problems. Perhaps, the personal and the corporate edition are different? :) (obviously)

But, NAV is not free. And I firmly believe companies like Avast! listen more to their customers. Which is a great thing. They are on the up companies. Even if they are lagging in stand-alone performance a bit, coupled with s/w like Ewido, these other anti-virus products can be very good indeed. That's why I am phasing myself out from Norton. :)

Hold on now. I've always said that nod32 and kaspersky labs were the best A/V's for the past 5 years, but there's no way in hell, that nod32 is 4th.

I will refute 3 of the cons against nod32 in the second link. I didn't have to manually configure it from incredimai (1), whom I have 4 accounts (2) with. it also delete the 2 viruses automatically (3) that
I had receive from a site claiming to be MS

A tutorial for people wanting to learn how to set up nod32

Norton is the worst

I can't believe somone would install Norton. Norton is the worst product of all. It infects your computer and its registry with copyright protection crap that it is impossible to remove. It uses resources like crazy. They are the AOL of security software.
If you want BEST antivirus or security software go with TrendMicro PC-Chillin.
