antivirus shutdown

I have Kaspersky Anti virus.
I bought it like 2 months ago, it has been working perfectly untill now.
WHen it updates, it keeps shuting down.
idk why this happens?
is their a way to fix this

i had this problem to and the only way to fix it is to re-install which takes 3 minutes do you still haveyour key if not Send my and e-mail and i will help you out benburge2@gmail.com
