Access Denied to virus

I have a virus on my computer that is denying me access to delete it. I'm in safe mode. I've found it using panda, trendmicro didn't pick it up. Panda doesn't delete it. it's in my system32 folder. I've also tried through the command prompt, and I'm denied there as well. Maybe I'm not writing the right script or something in DOS. Anyone with bright ideas?

and ill tell u how to take controll of the happy virus

I hate it when the scanners tell you u have one but dont automatically delete it... its annoying...

tell us the name of the file and the path to it

Also, you can't delete for a couple reasons, probably:
1) It's in use (hahahaha ur screwed j/p)
2) It's system file (should be able to delete anyways, though)
