Those mentioned by Microbell and me are not 'just' forums, they are teaching facilities for malware removal. You would be taught the hows and whys, the when and when nots, the preliminary and followups.

There are a whole lot of people dedicated to teaching and helping the new students.

You seem to like reading logs, why not learn to not only read them, but to help the owner properly clean the messes?
