2000 Mailer Daemons a day !!

Please can someone give me advice - im going MAD !!
Im recieving around 2000 Emails every day from Mailer Daemon, Post master etc.
Im not sending out any Email but Im getting loads back.
Ive tried changing my Email address but its still coming through.
I have a web site, changed the Email address on there, but still loads of Emails.
Ive checked my computer every day for 2 weeks with every Virus programme and spy detector that i can think of.
My computer is clean.
If I get rid of my Email address on my web site, will all this mail stop ?? Thank you for your time,

Thank you for replying, I think its something to do with Pharmacautical as most of the Mailer Daemons are about drugs etc.
I will do what youve advised.
Just one last question, Will this ever die down or am I stuck with it now ?? Jan.

eventually it will die down...but it can take a very very long time
I had an e-mails adress a while ago and i got like 50junkmail a day.
I cancelled the e-mailadress, and a year later I created it again, there were still coming 1-5 mails a day, although it has not been existing for one year.
