Yahoo messenger Crashes Immediately

hey guys...i have a problem with Yahoo messenger (BETA Version Latest) It crashes down immediately after installation and when i click on repair....it shows an error.... and i cannot find the *.*TMP file--------- GLB1895.TMP

I have attached the file of the error while repairing the Messenger

Plz help me..coz have relatives in other countries.....Thank You(BETA Version Latest)

the beta version was also crashing on my computer.

it still crashes down saying the error of Microsoft Online Crash Analysis.......
(Windows Error Reporting) whenever I click on the person's name to chat or try to access any feature of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
what shall i do??????????????
