[Windows 7] Can't remove adware

I am getting frequent popup ads in Chrome and MFF probably every five minutes or so. I have tried uninstalling both browsers but the ads still appear after the installation. There are no extensions and I don't see any software installed that may be causing it. Malwarebytes doesn't detect anything and Avast doesn't either.

Do you guys know how to remove this b/s? Thanks!

Check your Programs & Features and make sure there are no toolbars/coupon programs/etc. installed there.

Also, under Control Panel, open Internet Settings -> Connections tab -> LAN Settings button -> make sure the 'USe a proxy server' box is unchecked.

What AV are you using? You made sure to update MBAM to latest defnitions before scanning, correct?

Run (as Administrator) HiJackThis from SourceForge, and post the log here.

Do you have some kind of software that autoupdates using this?

For the lollipop.exe... Go to the directory it's located, and (make sure you have View File Extensions turned on), rename it to lollipop.exe.old and restart your computer. See if you still get popups.

It's not inside the folder. Well, it may be hidden but I've already checked view hidden files within the folder options.
