Whats a good firewall?

zonealarm has always been good for me and they have a free version.

The firewall I am using right now is a version of ZoneAlarm Pro.

If you have a Pentium or PII-class computer laying around doing nothing, then you can install a firewall OS like Smoothwall and have a dedicated firewall appliance. I find this works best for me, no reliance on an historically unsecure OS, built-in proxy framework and total control over what comes in and goes out.
