What setting might be causing this problem with Yahoo Mail?

A few days ago I began having issues loading Yahoo Mail on my laptop. After entering my password and username (which are excepted), I'm not taken to the typical mail home screen. Instead, I see a white screen with the lists of what would normally be buttons. I can't see my messages or compose any, etc. This happens in both IE and FireFox.

However, on my home computer I don't have any issues.

I'm thinking there must be a setting or something enabled causing this. Any ideas?

I have already followed all of Yahoo's suggestions from their help screen. I have cleared cookies/cache, downloaded Java.

Restore the computer with the option Sytem Restore in the start menu this may solve the problem.
