ok here is the deal, i am in iraq and out net access is limited to really really slow and really really really slow. i dont know much about computers at all or web hosting. i have a wmv file to send to my better half back home. the only problem is that it is 21mb and my e mail will only allow 10mb. i started a sub domain but have no idea how to use html or java. as far as java we cannot download any programs to this computer. i need to know how i can send her this video. any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you very much.

Do you have cd-writer?
If you have slow internet connection
I suggest you write the file into cdr and post to her by letter

Get a compression utility that splits files. WinRAR is good and has a free trial.
