Urgent question regarding email

I would find that quite odd for a web based provider to include your ip in all emails as i believe they would talking of hotmail and googlemail just have their own IP in there from where it came from.

Web based services such as hotmail and googlemail will cache your IP for security. It's down to the individual service then if to include it in the headers or not.
Web based providers however such as roundcube will send your IP with the emails header onto the recipient

I just sent myself an email from my AOL email account to another one that I have. The AOL email did not show my IP address, but instead a different one of their own. So, you might want to try a free AOL email account and see if that works for you (send yourself a test message to see what IP address it uses.)
