Trouble with internet banking

I have a strange (for me at least) problem with a particular online banking site (Bank of Beijing, this happens using Chrome, Firefox and IE)

...when I click on a needed button...the required 'dialog box' only half appears. As shown

Would anyone here have the faintest idea why this is happening?
