GPO could have been adjusted thru spyware or malware. Have you gone thru Osiris's guide?

Start>Run>gpedit.msc

That is the GPO.

yea i know how to get into gpo but hey wtf? now its working back again and i didn't touch anything in my gpo or registry or anything... strange...
