The university I attend uses Ticketmaster's online system to sell student tickets.
The problem with this system, is that at the time when the tickets go on sale, close to 10,000 students are trying to access the site. Thus, the ticketmaster site, gives you a spot in "line" and you have to wait and hope you get through all the while watching a progress bar that says, "This site is currently experiencing a lot of traffic, you have been placed in line."
Does anyone know a way around this problem? Is there a possible way to jump in line in order to avoiding waiting and ensuring that you get into the system?
