Seamonkey: How to install Add-Ons?

I want to install this add-on

How do I do it? I'm going through the menu, and it's so annoying compared to firefox/thunderbird.

That addon is for Thunderbird not SeaMonkey. You have to check out the SeaMonkey Addons for full compatible extensions.
