School Internet Blockages

Old school way.... if allowed at school go to start run type command. If this isnt allowed at school then do it at home. Once the command prompt comes up type ping <address>. (i.e. ping www.google.com) then hit enter. When the ping response comes back you will have the desired site's ip address. Type that into the web browser address bar. This usually works as most web filters are based on the web address. The only other thing that sometimes works for bigger sites is changing the .com to .ca or another country. for example www.2600.com is blocked at my job but www.2600.ca is not. Goog Luck.

Heh, I use www.anonymizer.com get their software and stuff...
I also use google cached pages as a proxy. search google for the website:
"www.flashplayer.com" and click view a cache of this page.

I already tried this at my school a month ago using an anonymous IP
but sadly it did not work, i just decided i wood have to go home to watch porno. lol
any ways, with the risk of getting caught, its just not worth it
I would recommend using an anonymous web surfing site such as Kaxy.com or world.altavista.com, with altavista you just put the site into the tanslation field and pick a translation of any language to english. I bet there are better ones out there though

I hated that in HS. But since I've been in college, it's been a lot better. In fact, I don't even think that any sites are blocked. Sweet tuition pays for it all....or so they claim.

all these links yous put up are blocked.

i was wondering if i could install fire fox on a usb drive.
