Refresh ?

On my laptop, when I am in hotmail and delete something it often comes back up if I go to a different page of my e-mail unless I hit the refresh button. On my other PC, once I delete it, it stays in the recycle bin. What gives?

Do you use the same browser on both your laptop and computer? and are u using the same version of hotmail?

Its most probably just different settings on your laptop

Yep, both Internet Explorer. I can't stand it when the e-mail pop back up...

Sounds like you laptop is cacheing the pages rather than loading a new page each time.

(Assuming you're using IE) If you go to your Internet Properties (Right click on the blue E) and select Settings under Temporary Internet Files. Then simply adjust the setting for Check for newer version of stored pages:

What blue e, the one on the desktop? I'm not sure where settings is? Thx.
