receiving e-mail problem

We have an acct. that just stopped getting e-mail on monday the 17th. It's an MSN e-mail acct, and we use verizon dsl w/ msn to access it. Can send outgoing, just no incoming. Any ideas?

Yeah, that was one of the 1st things I tried. I can get onto the e-mail acct., just haven't received 1 e-mail since the 17th. Everyone says the e-mails are bouncing back to them...

I still don't know what happened, but I think it had to do w/ Verizon coming out Monday. Since we installed wireless internet, the phone & fax haven't worked right. They came out Monday, said there was static on one line, and the phone itself was hosed up. That afternoon, we quit getting incoming e-mail.

Verizon said they can't help us b/c it's a MSN acct. and MSN has no record of the acct. and said to check w/ hotmail. WTF?!
