Rather annoying website (without swearing)

Hi guys , everytime a vist phpBB Styles :: Index i get "you are banned"
I know im not banned (well not purposly anyway as i have never visited the site before) , so the only thing i could put it down to is banned ip
So i got a new ip and flushed my dns and still no luck...
Maby a cookie i thought , nope not that either...

So anyone else throw some light on the matter ?

It's possible that they banned your subnet or ISP, maybe a portion of your IP.

logged on today and it's working fine ???
Guess that'll just be another unsolved mystry....
