Quick question about my MSN homepage

For some reason on my dad's computer when I open IE to the MSN home page I get this

. What would be causing this?

Well, he's got alot of junk on the computer

Just kidding, go into the internet explorer's options, go to the Advanced tab, and reset the IE settings.
