Program Behind Website Instructional Videos?

Hello everyone,

I wanted to know what program makes those video files that combines an audio track of someone explaining what they are doing on the computer and the actual video from the person using the computer to demonstrate something. I need to create a video like that for one of my websites. Thanks!

Most are videos that have been concerted to flash. I'm not sure what programs would do that. Google it, or ask in the Computer Audio & Multimedia forum.
