Problems with AT&T Communication Manager

I have this issue with Itunes store and AT&T communication manager. I cannot connect to Itunes store when AT&T communication manager is running. If I take my computer to my friends house and hook up to his high speed cable and connect with a hard line, my itunes store will work. But in order for it to work I have to disable AT&T communication manager and reset the winsock catalog by typing (netsh winsock reset) in command prompt and then restarting computer. Some how the AT&T communication manager messes with Itunes. Any ideas?

Connection Manager?
Like for a phone? Maybe a firewall blocks ports or something
