If you get scammed, you can file a complaint with Paypal. Then, Paypal will send you the money that you lost, and then go after the people that scammed you.
Well I don't have a credit card so I am going to transfer money from my checking account to my paypal account. Not only use it for ebay, but newegg and amazon.
