Newegg.com = slow?

I sent in an order Sunday and it still is on step 1. Anyone else have this? I decided to cancel and make another order.

never had that problem before from newegg.

you could have just emailed them and asked them what's up. there customer service is fast.

I've never had that problem exactly, however Newegg.com always tends to be slugish. But its worth waiting the time to get those great deals

I ordered something yesterday morning and went to step 3 within 2 hours. Step 4 2 hours after that. Shipped yesterday too! Newegg rocks!
