New version firefox problem

I just downloaded the 1.5 version of firefox. Now all the web pages look plain, with just a white back ground. I looked in the view settings, but don't see a way to change it. Does any one know how to fix this? Thanks.

Are you sure it's a problem with firefox? because I've been using 1.5 and had no such problems.

Well, the previous version of firefox worked fine. So I don't know what the problem is. That's why I'm asking.

a quick solution would be to uninstall and reinstall. When you upgrade to 1.5 you should uninstall anyways and start fresh...

I tried that. It's the same way.

Check your firewall and make sure that Firefox 1.5 has full access.

I can't veiw flash video now either. I tried to install flash player, but it doesn't work.

I've never had a problem with it.

Did you uninstall the old version before you installed the new? Some people have a problem when they didn't.

Try uninstalling it and reinstalling it again.

I reinstalled it a couple of times. Same problem.
