IE7 32 Bit is installed by default. Check the Program Files (x86) folder for Internet Explorer. It is there and run the executable file to have a 32 Bit browser.
I also recently purchased a new laptop with Vista Home Premium installed. The browser is IE 8 RC1. Could you please help me? How do I install IE7 (which I much prefer) on my machine so I can also download the Adobe flash player?
I'm a newbie to Vista and IE8. YUK!
Any assistance will be most appreciated.

Re: Running a 32-bit browser on 64-bit Vista (Flash Player Support)?

IE8 would not come on the PC by default. Epically being a Beta. Google for how to remove IE8 and it will take you back to IE7.

FYI MAK--there's an uninstall for IE8.

Well being on Windows 7 i have not had the pleasure to test IE8 on Vista.

Just remember that IE8 will become the next main one, like it or not. While I use Firefox, I do have IE8 and like it well enough.

i just installed ie8, as its not much different from ie7 thus far, i did find the grid tool very handy

it also fixed my "hotmail problem" lol

You do know that the "grid tool" was in IE7 right? Same location as well.....

Yes that was implemented in IE7. The button should be in the exact same spot to bring up the grid for all open tabs.
