well, im the admin on my comp and i hav another account on this comp, its my sisters and i put it 2 limited, so she wont mess around, but i feel like its not enough, is there a program that i can get that can let me put custom settings on that account. plz help

there are some tweaks that will allow you to restrict access and features, such as

* removing the [run] command on the [start] menu,
* disabling the right click menu

etc etc etc
