Multiple computers using cable modem

Hello,
I have a single internet connection at my home in which I connect my personal PC and my work laptop at the same time. I usually log into my work network on my laptop using a secure VPN. Both computers are wired directly from the wireless router to the computers (wired connection, not wireless).

Is it possible for some of the website history I view on my personal computer to show up on the internet activity of my work laptop? Does the result change whether or not I'm logged into my work network on my work laptop through VPN at the time?

No. The 2 are separate. If you are on your home PC nothing you do on there would show up on your work PC. The only way this would be done is if you used the work PC and connected to the home PC and copied the files over.

I have my PC and my wifes PC with a similar setup. Nothing that is done on my Pc is seen by my wife and vice versa.
