Mozilla Firefox help is appreciated

I don't know which version i have but it freezes up after about 10 minutes and then i have to start all over.
Sometimes that error window will come up asking if i want to send the error or whatever and no matter what i do it just freezes or that error comes up.

What does this have to do with Building, Buying, Upgrading for General PCs?

I used to have the same problems until I installed the latest version!!!

Just completely remove the older version and install the latest.

i did that. i went to control panel and removed it. my bookmarks were still there so i don't know what you mean by completely removing it.

You can always try K-Meleon. It's based off of the Gecko engine like FF.

I dunno.

You can try exporting your bookmarks, then uninstalling Firefox, and then go hunting for the remnants (folders and such... I've had less than two hours sleep in the past 40 hours, so I can't recall the location and names of the stuff).

Once you get everything gone, re-download and install Firefox , then import your bookmarks back in. See if that works.
