Hello. Can someone tell me how I can create a favorites bar or folder..or somehow
save a web page that I would like to go to a lot in the browser?

Go to tools/addons
Search for multi-row bookmarks and install it. When you'r on a page you want to save just click the icon on the left side of the address bar and drag it to you bookmark toobar. You can store up to 3 rows. It only shows the icons so you can store alot of websites.
