Mozilla Firefox 2.0 (Beta) 2 RC1 Released

The beta2 of Firefox 2 is out.

You still have to use Nightly Tester Tools to make your extensions work. Almost all of mine did transfer (with NTT) with the exception of Gmail Manager and Flash Got.

I always found that it got alot of error messages with Beta 1 and spell checker.

Does Beta 2 have conflicts with the spell checker?

I haven't had errors in either one.

It seems that this one actually installed itself in a different folder. I now have Mozilla Firefox 2 Beta 1 and Mozilla Firefox Beta 2 on my hard drive. The shortcut for one doesn't open up the other.

Trotter i had the Beta 1 version and used the nightly resting thingy, worked ok, but sometimes Firefox would lock up and it was a contol alt delete job, then Firefox wouldnt load up so id have to go into Firefox safemode or reset toolbars to fix it, i did this about 3-4 times a day and after nearly a week it got very annoying so i switched back to 1.5.0.6 and ive not had one single issue in 2 weeks.

Im gunna wait till they sort it out 100% before installing anything else

Hmmm... that's weird. I haven't had any problems with either beta.

When I fired FF up to get onhere, FlashGot had an update that le tit work with beta 2.

As for differences, the top toolbars seem a bit different, as well as my All-In-One Sidebar. It's like the icons shrunk.
