Hey all,

My broadband supplier has a limit on the amount we can download and upload. The only way to find out if we have gone over the limit is when they send us an email saying so.

What i'm asking for, is if there is a program which will monitor how much you have downloaded/uploaded since your PC has been turned on, and log it somewhere.

Needs to included ANYTHING pulled off the internet, including bad-packets and msn-like programs.

Thanks

You should just switch to Roadrunner :p

Just out of curiousity, who is your supplier?

BTYahoo.

The package is 2mb broadband, with a 40gig monthly limit for about 20 quid, we get a discount since my dad works for bt, but it might not be such a good deal now.

Checking up on roadrunner, seems it is american, and i live in the UK.

Anyway, think i found a reliable program, which can be added as a service, uses very little resources and generates log files.

It's called "bandwidth monitor pro" and i think it's pretty accurate, does everything i want. It's free too.
