Microsoft keyboard + Opera buttons

Hi, I use this MS keyboard with additional buttons. Is it possible to make one of them starting on operation of: opening the webpage and then pressing one of the Opera buttons? I mean of course login...

Thanks for the link Mak- figured there were guides for this- but did not know where to look. I bookmarked the site and will read on it - Still a noob so it may be above me yet.
