is it me or does youtube suck now?

Over the last couple weeks I've noticed youtube takes forever to buffer anything...and like every 2 seconds videos are being deleted for copyright. I know it's not right to steal things, but jeez...they filter things before they upload so why not catch it then :|

Anyone else having the loading issues? It's happening on 2 different computers in my house so I know it's not a computer issue. I doubt it's a internet issue either....1.5MB/s download 128kb/s upload :\ Not the fastest thing ever but it usually loads videos a lot faster

Report it to your ISP. I have the same problem a few years back one.
They were not able to give my any useful suggestions. But after 30 minutes when i was done talking with them, every thing was working fine again on youtube.

Youtube lately has been having issues IMO, you see my connection below... Now I wonder, why the **** I have to buffer a video...

i havent been able to succefully upload a video myself yet. everytime i try it says video taken down i credit liek a billion things to make sure i should clear the filter yet it never does.

It's fine, always has been. It's not youtube's fault about the Copyright, they only remove video's on request of the author or film/music company. They only remove pornographic and explicit movies themselves, or tradeing scams etc.

If it's really that bad, use Speedbit - it does actually work very well.

Maybe Youtube UK runs off different servers and employs different policies.

Rant about the copyright thing was off topic. I just dislike watching a vid multiple times then finding out it's randomly removed...I mean catch it when the upload it if it's copyrighted protected.

Main point is the speed. It's not my isp...it can't be. Any other sites that has movies works fine. It's just youtube. ^^ Charles supports that. Even he has to buffer videos and look at his connection.

No. The copyright thing was not off topic. Orginally I thought was a copyright issue. However when I found myself being able to see the video clips at my work connection, but not my home connection, it was then that I contact my ISP.

that makes sense. But i do find it hilarious that he says they'll stop using anything google related...like chrome. Then he says he likes firefox more anyway. As far as I know, firefox gets donations from google or something like that lol....
