If your forum has been hacked, odds are your password has been changed. Your best pet would be to contact other mods and/or admins via email or phone (if you have that info).

If the mod staff does not share that info maybe this will be the incentive for them to start. I have the contact info for all the mods here and they have mine. Should anything like that happen here, we can still contact one another. Plus I have the contact info for the owner of the site and can contact him.
