One of my friends told me there was a proxy you can get that constantly changes your I.P. adress. Does anyone know what it is?

Yes, there is are anonymous proxy websites out there. you create an account and then when you view other sites, you go through their proxy thus making their IP address yours. There are a bunch out there. Just google "Anonymous Web Browsing".

You can configure your browser to run off of a proxy. You can find some fast proxy servers on www.publicproxyservers.com .
