Internet graphics prob

okay im on IE on my old computer cuz my new one is all craped out ATM and im noticing that none of the graphics on web pages are showing up like theres barely any CSS showing up. what could be the problem i know i havnt turned off web graphics.

Do you have flash, java, shockwave all installed and updated?
