Microsoft has officially launched Internet Explorer 8 - the latest version of its widely-used web browser.
Arriving with the promise of improved safety, increased speed and greater ease of use, the browser is available to download globally for Microsoft's Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows Server operating systems.
