Is there such a thing as one huge database that keeps a record of every single thing each individual person has signed up on? or a way to search using your first and last name to see exactly where you have random accounts(such as forums, email accounts etc) ?

lol, I was just wondering cause i know there are databases to 'old' websites that may have been on say a couple years ago but there essentially 'backed up', i just want to know that all of my info isn't sitting somewhere on the internet
