Internet/Browser/???? Problem. HELP

I am really having problems. Everytime I try to connect to the internet, AOL 9.0 stops at step 5 because it cannot communicate with AOL. What's weirder is I can sign=on with 8.0, but cant reach websites or my buddy list.

Whats going on?

Maybe you should reinstall your driver
