Internet block problem

Hi, I'm Martin.

I've recently moved away from my normal "home" to study in another town.
Where I live we can pretty much roam the internet freely, but some sites are blocked because this living area is school related.

Sites that are blocked are VPN sites, pornography and so on.
I got a VPN so getting trough any of the blocked sites isn't any problem.

My main problem is that I cannot be on Omegle..
It sounds weird and desperate, but omegle is a place that can be pretty fun.
I'm not there to masturbate and trick children into doing weird ****, I'm only 16 afterall.
But every strangers camera is black, and I believe its the internet blocking that has something to do with it.
Chatroulette works perfectly fine, but omegle doesn't.

And using a VPN/Proxy on omegle just insta bans you, also omegle works fine at my other home.

On another note, I use a ethernet cable to my computer, and I don't have a router.
I'm not sure if getting a router will help, but please if anyone might know a solution please post it, I will try it.

Sorry, but since you're using your school's provided internet, we can't help you get around the security blocks they have put in place.

It is not school network.

It's a building block offered for out of town students to live during the years they are there to study.
The block is a bit away from the school, you have to walk for a while.

They have strict rules on the internet, probably for protection.

Me and 15 other people live here.

Point is, it's not a connection that you're directly paying for that's billed under your name (i.e. you aren't paying the ISP for the service). The service is being provided to you by somebody other than the ISP, so you are under their agreement for internet. We don't allow going around blocks put in place at this forum unfortunately.
